GMAC customers that have accounts with GMAC, whether an auto loan, mortgage, GMAC customers that have accounts with GMAC, whether an auto loan, mortgage, or insurance policies, have the option of convenience by reviewing accounts and making payments online. Most of us live hectic lifestyles, making it difficult to remember due dates. Rather than wasting money sending overnight delivery payments, customers may register online at the respective GMAC web portal, make the payment instantly to avoid any potential late fees.
Make your auto loan payment online by visiting the GMAC financial services website and register for online access. Click on the “register now” option, fill in your account number and e-mail address. Then check your e-mail for a confirmation from GMAC by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation e-mail. Once completed, you may log into you online account and make a one-time payment with a credit card or electronic check or sign up for direct debit of payments from your current account. Customers will receive an e-mail confirmation of payment thereafter and must click on the link in that e-mail to confirm the payment.
Remit your mortgage payment online by going to the GMAC Mortgage website and clicking on the enrol link above the login box. Customers must enrol by filling in all required information, then confirm by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation e-mail sent by GMAC Mortgage. Customers may then log into the established account and make a one-time payment with a credit card or electronic check, set up a direct debit or review account activity.
Send your insurance payment via the GMAC Insurance portal where customers can either register or make a quick one-time payment without registration. To make a one-time payment without registration, click on the “make one-time payment link,” and follow the instructions provided. Otherwise, click on the “account registration” link and provided all required information, respond to the confirmation e-mail by clicking on the link provide, then log into the new account and make payment.
For GMAC insurance customers, the first 13 digits of the account holders policy number requires entry into the login box to login and review account information.
All payments made online will provide a confirmation page and an authorisation form. Customers should print out both the authorisation and confirmation page for proof-of-payment. All customers looking to pay less than the minimum amount due should speak with a customer service representative to make payment arrangements, rather than simply making a payment online. Making such a payment without the authorisation of GMAC could result in late fees, penalties and possible account cancellation.
